Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, or progressive care nursing preferred.
• Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and clear communication.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients, including regular vital signs and focused assessments.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions per orders and protocols.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient status; escalate care as appropriate.
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other disciplines to coordinate care and ensure accurate documentation.
