Rate: Travel $2,195/35 hrs; Local $2,163/35 hrs

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy state license
• CPR and BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (with AED)

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental needs; establish functional goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and independence
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices
• Instruct and practice activities of daily living with patients
• Educate patients and families on condition management and independence strategies
• Monitor, document, and update patient progress and treatment plans
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate records, including evaluations and progress notes
• Support patient reintegration into community and work roles
• Maintain professional competence and participate in continuing education
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
