Requirements:

3+ Years of CVOR Experience
Open Heart Experience
Experience with the following cases: General, Neuro, and Ortho -HIGHLY PREFERRED
Recent Travel Work History - HIGHLY PREFERRED
LARA and/or Nursys must state Active Michigan/MI License
Active American Heart Association BLS
Active American Heart Association ACLS
Michigan license
ACLS (AHA)
