Requirements

• Active RN license (PA or compact as required)
• Graduate of accredited ADN or BSN program
• Current BLS; ACLS preferred
• OR/perioperative nursing experience preferred
• Competence with sterile technique, surgical instruments, and perioperative protocols
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
• Prepare and maintain operating room, instruments, and sterile supplies
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and enforce patient safety standards
• Accurately document perioperative care and coordinate with the surgical team
