Night Shift RN – Progressive Care Unit (Louisville, KY) | $49.30/hr, Mar–Apr Contract

We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a Progressive Care/Step-Down team in Louisville, KY on a contract (bundled) basis from 03/02/2026 through 04/22/2026. This is an evening/night assignment—shifts run 06:45 PM to 07:15 AM. The pay rate is $49.30/hr and the contract includes 24 scheduled shifts.

Mon 03/02, Tue 03/03, Wed 03/04, Tue 03/10, Fri 03/13, Sat 03/14, Mon 03/16, Wed 03/18, Thu 03/19, Tue 03/24, Thu 03/26, Sat 03/28, Sun 03/29, Wed 04/01, Thu 04/02, Mon 04/06, Tue 04/07, Thu 04/09, Thu 04/16, Fri 04/17, Sat 04/18, Mon 04/20, Tue 04/21, Wed 04/22.

Qualifications we need:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in PCU, step-down, or critical care is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and clear communication.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Continuously monitor patients’ conditions and vital signs.
• Safely administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Recognize and respond to changes in status, escalating care when needed.
• Provide education and support to patients and families about care plans.
• Accurately document nursing care in the medical record.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
