Join a Progressive Care Unit/Step-Down team in Louisville, KY for a bundled contract. This assignment runs 02/09/2026–03/28/2026 and includes 21 night shifts (06:45 PM–07:15 AM). Compensation: $49.30/hr.

Shift dates: Mon 02/09; Fri 02/13; Sat 02/14; Tue 02/17; Wed 02/18; Thu 02/19; Mon 02/23; Thu 02/26; Fri 02/27; Sun 03/01; Tue 03/03; Wed 03/04; Thu 03/12; Fri 03/13; Sat 03/14; Mon 03/16; Tue 03/17; Thu 03/19; Tue 03/24; Wed 03/25; Sat 03/28.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in practicing state.
• PCU, step-down, or critical care experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor patient status and vital signs; recognize and escalate changes promptly.
• Safely administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.

This role is ideal for a skilled RN comfortable in an intermediate acuity setting, able to work independently during overnight shifts.
