RN — Quality Management & Accreditation (LTC QAPI) — Sitka, AK

We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Sitka, Alaska team full-time, dayshift, starting ASAP. In this role you’ll focus on quality management and accreditation efforts within our long-term care setting, helping drive improvements in patient care and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll bring

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Experience in long-term care, quality management, or accreditation is preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Current BLS certification required; QAPI or quality management certification is a plus

What you’ll do

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of QAPI initiatives
• Perform audits, analyze data trends, and pinpoint opportunities to improve care and processes
• Ensure we meet regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Train and support staff on quality initiatives, policies, and procedures
• Work closely with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational performance
