We’re seeking a dependable telemetry RN for a bundled contract in Louisville, KY. This is a night-focused assignment running from March 2, 2026 through April 23, 2026, with 24 scheduled shifts. Pay is $49.30/hr.

What we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted RN license in your practicing state.
• 1–2 years telemetry or step-down experience preferred.
• Confident EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia identification.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Comfort with EMR systems and telemetry monitoring equipment.

Primary responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms continuously and quickly identify arrhythmias.
• Perform regular patient assessments and vital signs checks.
• Administer medications, IV drips, and other prescribed treatments safely.
• Accurately document assessments, meds, and interventions in the EMR.
• Communicate significant changes to providers in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide patient- and family-centered education regarding care and discharge.
