Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Rate: $2,360 / 40 hours

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a leadership role on a 5-week contract in Sistersville, WV. This position oversees daily clinical operations, supports staff development, and ensures delivery of safe, patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of West Virginia
• Previous nursing leadership or unit management experience
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring adherence to policies and standards of care
• Oversee patient assessments, medication administration, plan-of-care adjustments, and documentation
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs efficiently
• Mentor, coach, and educate nursing staff to support professional development and performance improvement
• Monitor and enforce quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; conduct audits and implement corrective actions
• Facilitate interdisciplinary communication to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Advocate for patients and address concerns promptly
• Respond to clinical emergencies following established protocols
• Ensure accurate and timely electronic health record documentation
• Stay current with healthcare regulations and ensure staff compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
