Job summary:
Provide full-time, in-person speech-language pathology services to elementary students. Deliver direct and indirect services per IEPs, perform district-approved evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with school teams while complying with state regulations and district policies.

Minimum qualifications:

• Current, valid North Dakota SLP license, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Resume demonstrating relevant school-based experience
• CCC-SLP preferred

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy consistent with student IEPs
• Provide indirect services and consultative support to teachers and staff
• Administer standardized assessments using district-approved tools
• Collect data, monitor progress, and document IEP goal attainment
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Attend and participate in IEP and other required school meetings
• Submit narrative reports and required documentation to assigned case managers
• Manage assigned caseload and coordinate schedules with building staff
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and related service providers
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant records per district and state requirements
• Follow district policies, professional standards, and confidentiality rules
• Perform other related duties as assigned
