Join a collaborative team in Pennsburg, PA — we’re looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to start ASAP. Your typical schedule will be 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

What we’re looking for

  • Current, valid SLP license in the practicing state or proof of eligibility.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow.
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide compassionate, individualized care by screening, assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and adapt therapy plans based on each patient’s needs, abilities, interests, and progress; perform routine re-evaluations and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Implement and document interventions across areas such as speech intelligibility, oral motor skills, cognition (orientation, memory, pragmatics), functional communication, swallowing disorders, and case management.
  • Coordinate with the interdisciplinary rehab team and physicians to select appropriate therapeutic regimens and ensure continuity of care, including home and community programs.
  • Supervise and mentor CFYs, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state and professional standards.
  • Train patients in the use of adaptive communication devices and identify hearing concerns for further assessment or referral.
  • Participate in patient care conferences and related meetings; make referrals to other disciplines or agencies when needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical and billing documentation, adhere to department schedules, and attend work-related meetings.
  • Maintain a safe environment: identify and eliminate fire/safety hazards, order and maintain supplies and equipment, and report repair needs.
  • Put patient service first by delivering high-quality care that respects each person’s rights and individual needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
