Join a Hartford, CT team providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient radiology coverage. This locum tenens role begins March 21, 2026, and is ongoing, helping to supplement an established service line at a Level I trauma center using EPIC, PowerScribe, and PACS.
What you’ll cover
- Mammography: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Able to read diagnostic studies and perform/interpret biopsies.
- Interventional: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with nights and weekend call.
- Nuclear Medicine: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM; evening coverage until 8:00 PM and weekend shifts Saturday–Sunday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.
- Diagnostic Radiology: 24-hour shifts with full responsibility for CT, ultrasound, and MRI reads around the clock.
- Patient mix: All ages, with pediatric cases rare.
- Case volume: Varies by day.
- You’ll have full support staff available.

Qualifications
- Active Connecticut medical license
- BC/BE in Radiology (ABR or AOBR)
- DEA registration
- BLS certification
- NPDB report
