Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team in Michigan City, Indiana. This full-time role provides comprehensive dental care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and includes supervision of dental support staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care to patients of all ages
- Supervise Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists as assigned
- Ensure compliance with applicable dental laws, regulations, and organizational policies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other providers to support whole-person care
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Indiana dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Experience in a not-for-profit or community health setting preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach to care
