This medical director role at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center offers the opportunity to lead teams, drive clinical excellence, and guide emergency department operations while remaining clinically active.

• Level II trauma center
• 255 bed facility; 46-bed ED
• ED Volume: approximately 69,000
• 7-8 hour shifts
• Board-certified emergency medicine physicians and multidisciplinary support team
• EMR: Epic
• 24/7 emergency department coverage with robust clinical and specialty support

Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $330 to $330 hourly with the opportunity to earn additional bonus compensation through our RVU incentive plan, plus an annual medical director stipend. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
