Qualifications

• LPC, LMHC, or LMFT independent practice licensure in the state of Missouri (we are unable to consider LCSWs in this position.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a licensed therapist with preference given to those with experience in LTC setting
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability and desire to work autonomously
• Passion for working with older adults

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $72,756 to $86,107 with no cap on productivity income potential.
