**Internal Medicine Opportunity**
**Location: Vincennes, IN**

• BC/BE Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician
• Full-time practice with a 4-day work week (Tues–Fri) in an outpatient setting
o Split between dedicated outpatient practice and supervising IM residents in the Residency/Faculty clinic
o Includes 4 administrative hours per week
• Enjoy 3-day weekends
• Assume an established patient panel (400+) due to retirement
• Strong, supportive team including one physician and two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Diverse and well-established subspecialty support for referrals
• Certified Primary Stroke Center and Level III Trauma Center
• American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer-approved Oncology Center
• EPIC EMR with AI-assisted ambient documentation (saves physicians ~400 hrs/year)
• Remote/phone-only call schedule: 1:4
Compensation & Benefits
• Guaranteed base salary: $250K for up to 3 years with additional wRVU bonus structure
