**Assignment Details**
- Dates: May 4 – May 29
- Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
- Call: Up to 1:4
- 1–2 weekday call shifts per week
- 1 weekend per month
- OB proficiency required if taking call
- EMR: Epic
- Facility: Critical Access Hospital
- ORs: 5 ORs plus Cysto and Endoscopy suites
- Anesthesia coverage typically runs 2–4 rooms per day

**Clinical Details**
- Case volume averages 5–20 cases per day (including endoscopy and cataracts)
- Case mix includes:
- Orthopedics
- General surgery
- Podiatry
- ENT
- Healthy pediatrics
- Urology
- OB/GYN
- Occasional endoscopy
- No cardiac, neuro, or spine cases
- Autonomous CRNA model
- Anesthesia team includes 1 MD and 4 CRNAs
- Anesthesia Director: Brad Close, CRNA

**Skills Needed**
- Spinal anesthesia
- OB anesthesia
- Epidurals
- Endoscopy
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- Ultrasound-guided procedures
- PICC line experience preferred but not required

**Requirements**
- Active Oregon CRNA license
- Board Certified CRNA
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA)
- DEA preferred
- OB competency required for call
- COVID-19 vaccination required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel and lodging: Reimbursed per facility policy
