- Facility will accept multiple providers if needed to ensure coverage

**Clinical Details**
- Outpatient radiation oncology practice
- Average volume: approximately 15 patients per day
- Single linear accelerator on site
- Treatments include:
- External Beam Radiation Therapy (EBRT)
- IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS
- VMAT/RapidArc, electrons, tomotherapy
- IORT, TBI, TSE
- Treatment planning includes 3D CRT, IMRT, image fusion, and beam shaping
- Supported by:
- 1 RN
- 3 radiation staff
- 4 total office staff
- Minimal inpatient interaction with limited monthly admissions

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiation Oncology
- Active Kentucky license required
- ACLS required
- Comfortable practicing independently in an outpatient setting

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel and lodging: Reimbursed per facility policy
