**Assignment Details**
- Start date: March 1, 2026
- End date: March 31, 2027
- Part-time, ongoing coverage
- Two weeks per month
- Primary schedule: Inpatient coverage 7a–7p
- Night call after weekday shifts
- Weekend coverage includes 24-hour call
- Occasional outpatient clinic coverage up to 1 day per week as needed
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Inpatient-focused gastroenterology service
- Average inpatient census is low, with manageable call volume
- Supported by RNs, MAs, and APPs
- Scope includes:
- Upper and lower GI endoscopy
- Colonoscopy with biopsy and polypectomy
- Upper endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, bleeding control, and variceal injection
- Sigmoidoscopy and small bowel biopsy
- Esophageal dilation and manometry
- Mix of scheduled inpatient consults and call-based coverage

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Gastroenterologist
- Completion of GI fellowship
- Active Washington license or IMLC
- Comfortable with inpatient GI coverage and call responsibilities
- Ability to supervise APPs

**Compensation**
- Rates: $350/hr, $300 night shift, $2,300 24hr call shift (inc 3 gratis hrs), $460/hr call-back

- Travel & Lodging: Reimbursed
