**Assignment Details**
- Start date: ASAP
- Ongoing coverage
- Preferred schedule: 1 week per month
- Ideal coverage: Monday–Sunday
- Will consider Thursday–Sunday blocks
- Shift expectations:
- Monday–Friday: 4:00pm–12:00am onsite, call 12:00am–8:00am
- Saturday–Sunday: 12:00pm–8:00pm onsite, call 8:00pm–8:00am
- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Transitioning to Sectra starting January
- Temporary privileges available

**Clinical Details**
- Pediatric-only radiology coverage
- Average volume: approximately 60 studies per shift
- Reads include:
- X-ray
- Ultrasound
- Stat CT
- Stat MRI
- Provider must come onsite for fluoroscopy cases
- Assigned patient call model
- Teaching environment with resident supervision

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Diagnostic Radiology
- Pediatric Radiology Fellowship required
- CAQ certified or CAQ eligible in Pediatric Radiology
- Active Michigan license
- BLS required
- Clean malpractice history
- Case logs required and must be submitted with bid

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel and lodging: Reimbursed per facility policy
