**Locums | Neonatal NP / PA | In-House Coverage | Johnstown, PA**
**Why This Role**
- Ongoing neonatal coverage need due to medical leave
- In-house NICU role with no pager call responsibilities
- Option for locum-to-perm or ongoing as-needed coverage
- Fast credentialing timeline with temporary privileges available
**Assignment Details**
- Start date: June 1, 2026
- Ongoing coverage
- Inpatient setting
- 12-hour or 24-hour in-house shifts
- No call coverage (full in-house shifts)
- EMR: Epic
- Facility will consider multiple providers
**Clinical Details**
- Level III NICU coverage
- Average census of approximately 10 patients per shift
- 16-bed neonatal unit
- Assigned patient rounding only
- Trauma Level I facility
- No resident or teaching supervision required
- No supervision of other APPs required
**Requirements**
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Neonatal Physician Assistant
- Active Pennsylvania license required
- Level III NICU experience required
- BLS required
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- Open to locum-to-perm candidates
- Clean background for expedited credentialing
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel and lodging: Reimbursed
