**Assignment Details**
- Start date: ASAP (pending credentialing)
- Ongoing coverage
- Practice setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
- Full-time clinic coverage with 2–3 OR days per week
- Approximately 36 hours per week, days and times flexible
- System call based out of Wausau:
- 7–10 days per month
- Includes one weekend per month
- Possible 1–2 days per month of outreach to Wisconsin Rapids
- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
- EMR: Epic
- Temporary privileges available

**Clinical Details**
- General urology practice
- Average clinic volume: approximately 16 patients per day
- Trauma Level III facility
- Assigned patient rounding
- OR access available
- Supported by:
- 1 RN
- 1 MA
- 2 APPs
- 1 office staff member

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Urology
- BLS required
- Active state license not required at bid (open licensure)
- Comfortable with general urology procedures
- Able to start quickly and provide consistent coverage

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel and lodging: Reimbursed per facility policy
