**Assignment Details**
- Start date: ASAP
- Ongoing coverage
- Inpatient setting
- 24-hour in-house call shifts
- Paid hourly for full 24-hour coverage
- No OT unless provider stays beyond the 24-hour shift
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- High-acuity OB/GYN practice
- Approximately 25 patients per shift
- In-house call with emergent OB and GYN cases via the ED
- Procedures may include hysterectomy, ectopic pregnancy management, D&C, ovarian cystectomy, hysteroscopy, IUD placement, abscess management, post-hysterectomy complications, and exploratory laparotomy
- Five midwives provide L&D support
- Trauma Level II facility
- No APP supervision required
- No resident or teaching responsibilities

- May: 13, 16, 22, 24, 27, 30
- June: 1, 2, 10, 15, 18, 19, 24, 27, 29
- July: 2, 7, 10, 11, 12, 15, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 29

**Requirements**
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- Active Washington license or IMLC
- BLS required
- Experience with both low- and high-risk obstetrics
- Comfortable with complex deliveries including C-sections, VBACs, breech, multiples, and abruptions
- Strong GYN surgical skillset preferred
- Clean background

**Compensation**
- Rates: $250/hr, $1,800 24hr call shift (3 gratis hrs), $250/hr call-back
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel and lodging: Reimbursed
