- Call ratio 1:1 with 5-minute response time requirement
- 12 patient encounters per shift with 2 admissions
- Level I/II nursery coverage with daily baby rounds
- PICU coverage with ventilation and intubation procedures
- Central line placement and conscious sedation required
- Non-invasive ventilation management including BiPAP/CPAP
- 17-hour shifts with scheduled clinical hours plus call
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
