• 4 days weekly clinic schedule with full-time hours
• 15-20 patients daily with general orthopedic symptoms
• Primary call 1 in 4 Monday-Thursday plus weekend coverage
• EMR: Meditech Expanse
• Knee injections, shoulder injections, and reductions required
• Minimal OR exposure with occasional surgical assists
