Internist (Concierge Primary Care Adults Only)

 

We are a privately owned, physician-led concierge medical practice seeking an experienced Internal Medicine physician to provide high-quality primary care to an adult patient population. This is not a large national or corporate organization, we prioritize personalized medicine, clinical autonomy, and long-term patient relationships.

The ideal candidate will either:

• Bring an existing patient panel, or

• Be open to building a panel from our established waiting list of patients seeking concierge primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients only (no pediatrics)

• Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute medical issues

• Develop long-term relationships with patients in a concierge model

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

• Collaborate with a small, dedicated clinical and administrative team

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification (or board eligibility) in Internal Medicine

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in primary care preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach

• Interest in concierge medicine and personalized care delivery

• Ability to practice independently with a high level of professionalism
