Job Description

Seeking a nocturnist hospitalist for a dedicated overnight role with a predictable schedule and strong support.

Schedule
7 on / 7 off block schedule
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts

Compensation
Total compensation approximately $300,000 annually
Full benefits package including health, retirement, CME allowance, and malpractice with tail

Practice Details
Admissions only overnight
Average 10–12 admits per shift
No codes
No rapid responses
No ICU management
Strong nursing support and established hospitalist team
EMR in place
Efficient handoff with daytime hospitalists

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for state medical licensure
