Travel RN — Cardiac Cath Lab (Hilo, HI)

Join a contract travel opportunity in Hilo, HI as a Registered Nurse supporting the Cardiac Cath Lab. This day-shift role begins ASAP and follows a 5:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule (40 hours/week). Compensation: $2,844/40-hours.

Required qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Prior experience in cardiac care, cath lab, or critical care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and effective communication skills

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization and assist throughout procedures
• Continuously monitor and document vital signs and cardiac status pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
• Administer prescribed medications and contrast agents safely
• Provide clear education to patients and families about procedures, recovery, and follow-up care
• Accurately document procedural details and patient outcomes
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists, techs, and the multidisciplinary care team
