Travel RN Case Manager — Contract | Juneau, AK (Days, Mon–Fri)

We’re hiring a Registered Nurse for a contracted case management role in Juneau, AK, starting ASAP. This is a day-shift position (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) for a 40-hour week, with pay at $3,716/40-hours.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams and between care settings.
• Monitor patient progress and update plans as needs change.
• Teach patients and families about treatment plans and community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and help meet regulatory and quality standards.

Who we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in case management, utilization review, or clinical care coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, solid clinical judgment, and clear communication.
• BLS required; CCM or other specialty case management certification preferred.
