LPN (Night Shift) — Long Term Care Contract in Meeker, CO (ASAP Start)

We’re looking for an experienced LPN to join a long-term care team in Meeker, CO for a night shift contract. This role starts ASAP and offers $1,548 for a 36-hour week. What you’ll be doing

• Help residents with activities of daily living and keep an eye on their overall health.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by an RN or physician.
• Accurately document care and promptly report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.

What we’re looking for

• Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills plus clear communication and compassionate caregiving.
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate effectively with nursing staff.
