Join a long-term care team in Meeker, CO on a contract/travel assignment (start ASAP). This daytime role follows a 6a–6p schedule (36 hours) and pays $1,548 per 36-hour period.

What you’ll bring

• Active LPN/LVN license for the practicing state.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and collaborate effectively with RNs, physicians, and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and under RN/physician supervision.
• Monitor and accurately document resident status, reporting changes promptly to the care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to promote resident well-being.
