Contract LPN (Skilled Nursing) — Alturas, CA | 36-hr Travel Role

We’re looking for a compassionate LPN to join a skilled nursing team in Alturas, CA. This is a contract/travel opportunity starting ASAP, offering $1,170 for a 36-hour assignment.

What we need from you:

• An active LPN/LVN license valid for practice in California.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, reliable documentation, and the ability to follow care plans.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities, plus a compassionate bedside manner.

What you’ll do day to day:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and keep an eye on their overall health.
• Administer medications and treatments as delegated by an RN or physician.
• Accurately document care and promptly report any changes in a resident’s condition to the healthcare team.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents’ well-being.
