Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri — 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: Local: $1,094 / 36 hours

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
  • BLS certification

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision (medication administration, wound care, vital signs).
  • Perform patient assessments (physical exam, history, medication review) and contribute to individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately per orders and protocols.
  • Assess, clean, dress, and monitor wounds, incisions, and sites for signs of infection or complications.
  • Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient condition.
  • Maintain accurate patient records of assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, self-care, and preventive measures.
  • Administer and monitor IV medications and fluids; ensure IV site integrity and function.
  • Provide catheter care (insertion, maintenance, monitoring) and observe for complications.
  • Collect specimens (blood, urine, sputum) for lab testing.
  • Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care.
  • Assist with patient comfort and safety needs (positioning, mobility assistance, pain management).
  • Respond to emergencies per facility protocols and provide basic life support as appropriate.
  • Follow infection control practices (hand hygiene, PPE) and safe handling/disposal of medications and supplies.
  • Advocate for patient rights and needs within the care team.
  • Supervise CNAs or unlicensed assistive personnel when assigned.
  • Participate in continuing education to maintain clinical competence.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
