Required:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, implement interventions, and document progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with clinical procedures.
• Maintain and prepare accurate patient records and document all nursing activities, assessments, and patient education.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment; maintain order and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
