RN — Long-Term Care (Contract, 7 Weeks) — Bloomfield, NM, Night Shift

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM | Rate: $900 per 24-hour shift (local)

Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state
• BLS certification

Position overview:
Provide skilled nursing care in a clinical setting, delivering safe, patient-centered treatment and documenting all clinical activities. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, and monitor responses to interventions.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing according to policy and protocols.
• Assist with procedures, support therapeutic interventions, and contribute to multidisciplinary treatment efforts.
• Maintain accurate, complete medical records including assessments, interventions, patient education, and progress notes.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment; maintain order and supervise patient conduct as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
