Schedule and call:

• 24‑hour in‑house call shifts (dates needed listed below)
• Shifts to fill: March 21, 23; April 5, 8, 13, 16; May 13, 16, 22, 24, 27, 30; June 1, 2, 10, 15, 18, 19, 24, 27, 29; July 2, 7, 10–12, 15, 20, 21, 24–26, 29
• Patient volume: ~25 patients per shift
• Annual deliveries at facility: 3,000
• Phone consults required

Clinical responsibilities and case mix:

• Management of low‑ and high‑risk pregnancies (approx. 35% low risk, 25% high risk)
• Vaginal and cesarean deliveries (including complicated deliveries, VBACs, multiple births, breech, abruptions)
• FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
• OB ultrasounds (Level I & II) and amniocentesis
• Repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations
• Office GYN: IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, LEEP, cryosurgery (≈20% office GYN)
• Surgical GYN (≈15% surgical): open and laparoscopic procedures (ectopic pregnancy, oophorectomy, cystectomy, lysis of adhesions)
• Common case examples: hysterectomy, ectopic pregnancy, D&C, ovarian cystectomy, abscesses, post‑hysterectomy complications

Support and environment:

• Support staff: 5 midwives; 13 PAs/NPs
• Trauma level II
• EMR: Epic
• Busy, high‑acuity in‑house call model; providers manage emergent OB/GYN cases

Credentials and requirements:

• Active WA medical license or participation in IMLC
• Board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• BLS required
• Fellowship training preferred
