Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) — 14-Week Contract in Franconia, NH

Join a team in Franconia, NH for a 14-week contract starting ASAP. You’ll work a daytime schedule (08:00 AM–04:30 PM) helping patients regain independence and return to their daily routines. This role pays $1,775/35-hours for travel clinicians and $1,750/35-hours for local clinicians.

What you’ll need

• A valid, active Occupational Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).

What you’ll do

• Assess patients’ physical and cognitive abilities plus their environments to identify barriers and set achievable goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Use a range of therapeutic techniques to improve daily living skills and independence.
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Teach and practice everyday tasks with patients to build confidence and ability.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and strategies to support independence.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as patients improve or needs change.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including evaluations and progress notes.
• Support patients’ transitions back to home, work, and community settings.
• Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy and participate in professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
