Travel RN – Long-Term Care (Hart, MI)

Rate: Travel $2,060/40 hrs | Local $1,980/40 hrs

Join a long-term care team providing high-quality, resident-centered services in Hart, Michigan. This contract opportunity requires a seasoned Registered Nurse who can deliver hands-on care and lead clinical staff to maintain regulatory and facility standards.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Hart
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per protocols
• Monitor, document, and report residents’ conditions and progress
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
