Surgical Services Manager (RN) - King City, CA

Join a close‑knit surgical team in King City, CA — full‑time, day shift, available to start ASAP. You’ll lead the Surgical Services department, keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting a collaborative team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other clinical staff.

What you’ll do

• Oversee day‑to‑day surgical services operations and help set priorities for safe, efficient patient care.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff in the perioperative setting, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
• Ensure the department follows policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams on quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in surgical/perioperative nursing; leadership or management experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and clear communication.
• BLS required; CNOR or other specialty certifications are a plus.
