Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (dependent on patient population).
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing assessment and monitoring of patient condition and vital signs.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions.
• Accurately document care, assessments, and changes in condition.
• Communicate patient status and changes to the healthcare team in a timely manner.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
