Requirements:

• Active OT license (Missouri license required; compact license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year OT experience
• New graduates accepted if they have completed Level II fieldwork (Level I observation alone is not sufficient)
• Experience in long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation settings preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatment plans, and restorative care for LTC/rehab residents
• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility and regulatory guidelines
