Join a fast-paced medical-surgical team in Hermiston, OR on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This daytime role offers $2,358 per 36-hour period and requires a licensed, patient-focused Registered Nurse comfortable working in an acute care setting.

Key qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Medical-surgical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills
• BLS required; ACLS preferred based on patient population

Core responsibilities:

• Perform frequent assessments and monitor patient condition and vital signs
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes to the care team
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care plans and self-management
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
