We’re looking for a Physician Assistant to join a busy outpatient pain management team in Duluth, MN, covering a supplemental locum tenens role. You’ll work Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. seeing about 18 patients per day and assisting with rounding. This is a clinical-only assignment running from March 23 through June 30, 2026. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided.
What you’ll do:
- Provide outpatient pain management care, including trigger point injections.
- Participate in rounding as needed.
- Collaborate with a small, multidisciplinary support team.
Team and setting:
- Outpatient service within a Level II trauma center
- Department has 18 beds
- Support staff includes: 1 patient-intake assistant, 1 MA, 1 surgery scheduler, and 1 acupuncturist
- EMR: Epic
- Hospital privileges are required
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota license
- Board-certified or board-eligible (BC/BE)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
