Travel RN – Neuro/Trauma ICU (Night Shift) – Chico, CA (36-hr Contract)

Join a contract/travel opportunity in Chico, CA, starting ASAP. This night-shift RN role begins at 7:00 PM and covers 36-hour shifts with a pay rate of $2,740 per shift. The position supports neuro/trauma ICU patients and requires strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• ICU, neuro, or trauma nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; neuro or trauma specialty certifications preferred.
• Excellent critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Continuously assess, monitor, and document neurological and trauma patient status.
• Safely administer medications, interventions, and life-support measures.
• Respond promptly to clinical changes and emergencies.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care plans and recovery.
• Collaborate with neuro, trauma, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
