Travel RN – PACU/ASU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) – York, ME – Contract/36-hr (Start ASAP)

Join a team in York, ME as a contract Registered Nurse supporting the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)/ASU. This day-shift position starts ASAP and pays $2,052 for a 36-hour week.

What you’ll do

• Monitor patients as they recover from anesthesia — vital signs, airway, level of consciousness, and overall status.
• Administer medications and manage pain according to orders.
• Identify and respond quickly to complications or changes in condition.
• Provide clear education and discharge instructions to patients and their families.
• Accurately document care and coordinate with surgical and anesthesia teams.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• PACU, post-anesthesia, or surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS or PALS preferred.
