Contract, non-travel opportunity in Parkersburg, WV — Start ASAP for 9 weeks. Schedule: 07:00 AM–03:30 PM, seven days as scheduled (Sun–Sat). Local rate: $2,360/40 hours.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse state license
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• BLS certification

Role overview:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Coordinate and document patient assessments, treatments, and care-plan adjustments; support staffing and scheduling; mentor and educate team members; and enforce compliance with policies, infection-control standards, and regulatory requirements. Respond to emergencies per protocol, promote open communication across the care team, advocate for patients, and maintain accurate electronic health records. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
