**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: No call
- Start date: May 26, 2026
- End date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Four days per week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8am–6pm including lunch
- Guaranteed hours: 10 hours per week
- OT applies after 40 hours per week
- Practice setting: Outpatient with inpatient privileges
- Patients per shift: Approximately 15
- Admissions required: No
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Hematology and medical oncology clinic coverage
- Management of established and new patient panels
- Infusion suite located within the clinic
- Physician oversight for chemotherapy orders and infusion reactions
- Clinical triage support from APPs with escalation to physician as needed
- Response to urgent reactions until rapid response team arrival
- Bone marrow biopsies unlikely

**Requirements**
- Board certified hematology/oncology physician
- Active Oregon medical license and DEA required
- BLS required
- Hospital privileges required
- No supervision of advanced practice providers required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
