Full-time
We are seeking an APRN or PA to join our elite Cardiothoracic Surgery team in Columbus, GA. This is a full-time, on-site role offering the opportunity to work alongside two highly skilled surgeons and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
* 1:3 call rotation
* Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
* Assist in surgical procedures, including endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH).
* Radial artery harvesting experience is a plus but not required.
* Prescribe medications and manage perioperative care.
* Educate patients and families on health maintenance and recovery.
* Participate in call rotation and provide high-quality, compassionate care.
**Qualifications**
* Active PA or APRN license and board certification.
* Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing (APRN).
* Previous experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery preferred.
* Proficiency in endoscopic vein harvesting required.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care.
* Candidates completing a Cardiothoracic Postgraduate Fellowship will be considered.
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Competitive base salary: $160,000–$200,000 (based on experience and skill set).
* Sign-on bonus
