**Clinical Details**
- Standard solo emergency medicine coverage
- Annual volume approximately 32,000 with daily volume 90–100
- Physicians typically see 18–20 patients per 12-hour shift
- One physician supported by two mid-level providers with split coverage
- Radiology and general surgery available; limited specialty backup
- No newborn deliveries in the ED

**Requirements**
- Board certified emergency medicine physician
- Board eligible considered if within 3 years
- Active North Carolina license required
- NC Medicaid credentialing and PECOS enrollment required at submission
- Ability to supervise advanced practice providers

**Compensation**
