Job Description
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a full-time locum assignment in an outpatient community health setting. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative environment.
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 3-month assignment with potential to extend
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, clinic hours 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Flexible schedule options: 5x8-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts
- 40-minute lunch break
- Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
- Patient Demographics: Newborn to geriatric
- Charting: Athena EMR
- Support Staff: Full clinical support team available
- Call: None
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Manage scheduled and walk-in patients
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across all age groups
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
- Board Certified FNP
- Active Pennsylvania medical license
- DEA required
- BLS certification
- Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred
